looking for a certified solar installer contractor

Hi, I'm looking for a certified solar installer contractor to install a 19kW solar system (36 panels) with battery, and hybrid inverter. I have the materials, and will pay for additional cost of materials as needed. The contractor will have to apply for and get the necessary approvals from HOA, City of Scottsdale, and APS, and put together the layout plans on the roof consistent with Arizona and Scottsdale guidelines, install the system on my roof, put in a subpanel to support the system and monitoring system for the phone. I attached the spec sheet of the solar panels, hybrid inverter, battery, and mounting system. I added a photo of my roof and potential places to install the panels (in red). The ideal contractor is licenses, and certified, have experience installing solar panels, hybrid inverters and battery. The pay will be $4500 inclusive of all labor (and I will pay for materials you need in addition to install the system).
