Emergency rehome of Akita/shepherd

I am having to rehome my Charlie due to an out of state move I’m making. I’ve had him for 11 years now, he is about 13 years old. He’s got no major health issues just some trouble getting up stairs. When he was adopted his card said Akita/shepherd we believe him to be part Australian shepherd with his coloring but he sits at about 95 lbs. He is very well behaved and has a calm temperament. He’s always been well house trained, he is not a dog that barks much if at all, he will say woo at you when he needs something. He walks on a leash just fine, and is trained to sit, shake, and speak. He does NOT do well with small children because of his breed, he’s also not the most social with other dogs. He does just fine with cats and has been raised with one. His ideal home will be one with a loving adult, no children, and no other dogs. He will come with all of his stuff, large dog bed, 30 lb dog food storage container with food, 2 bowls and a bowl stand, leash & favorite toy.
