Electric generator needs installation of new terminal block

Looking for someone who can do electrical wiring and keep it nice, clean, tidy. Mice got into my generator and nested right on a terminal block, pictures below. When I started the generator it shorted out the terminal block and is messy now. The generator has only about 25 hours on it, and is a really good machine so I want this done by professional who can do a neater, cleaner job than I. I have the new terminal block, and I could do this myself but I think someone with electrical wiring background could do a much better job. So let me know if you can work in this sort of tight space and clean things up and make it like new again.
