Summer helper needed

I need someone to help with several projects from now until August. Projects include roofing, deck, concrete work etc. Need someone with a strong back because mine is shot. Some weeks will be part-time and some weeks will be full time. I would prefer someone who is looking for fill-in work, maybe someone out of school for the summer. The heights we will be working at won't be over 10 feet. Must reply with experience, pay requirement and reasons I should use you. If this information is not included then don't bother responding. If you drink or do drugs don't bother... If you steal you'll be in jail... If your lazy you won't last 2 seconds.... I'm an NRA instructor so you may spend time at the range.
