Passive Location Scout for Retail/Commercial Bakery Storefront
Jobs
Pittsburgh PA
Description
I’m looking for a retail storefront for a small flat bread bakery, and I’m seeking some assistance in finding such a location. No experience required. This is a passive gig. Which means: You could technically do it while you are doing your normal routine. All this gig requires is sending me a contact number and address of a currently available storefront that is NOT listed online (Example: a “for rent” sign that you saw on your way to work). I’ll check it out, and if I sign a lease, you get a $1,000 finders fee. That’s it! Why am I only seeking Offline listings (AKA: a sign in a store front window): Because I’m currently/and have been, searching online listings (as well as offline, where I can get to…time permitting). But not all available spaces are listed online (and some are not listed at all). Thus, I seek eyes on the streets where I’m physically unable to be to locate available/empty spaces that are not currently posted online. The property cannot currently be listed online for rent/lease. Why? Because It’s almost certain that I’ve seen it listed if it was. And if I have seen it online, there wouldn’t be any need for boots-on-the-ground eyeballs. Details for you: • research on, or contacting the property is not required • If you see a for rent/lease sign, and you pass it my way, and if I sign that spaces lease, you get a $1,000 finders fee • if the space you passed along is not what i’m after, I’ll 100% respond and let you know why • the location must be a storefront with at least a glass door, preferably with glass windows • the location must be in a walkable community, anywhere in Allegheny County • can be somewhere between 750(ish) and 1600 sqft • must have a level entrance/exit (no stairs) • an ideal space would have a double door entrance/back door • an ideal space would have formally been, and is still set up to be, a food establishment; $1,000 will be paid to the person who passes a space along to me (phone number & street address), and that which I later sign a lease for. No tolerance for, but not at all limited to: - ghosting - providing false information - replies that seem suspicious - actions taken outside of the agreement - unautorized actions taken upon my behalf - or varied other non-agreed-to actions, and less that par choices If interested, shoot me an email with: - your name - a direct method of contact - your general location (example: homestead) - any questions A general (legal) agreement (AKA: a contract) of how this gig will work and how you will get paid will be provided and must be signed if there is a legitimate interest. Thanks for the time!
