rehoming rabbit and hutch

I am trying to find a new home for my 2 year old rabbit. He is potty trained (goes in a litter box inside the hutch) and very calm. I would love to keep him, but due to moving, I do not have the space to take him. Asking $200 for the hutch. It will need to be picked up as it will not fit in my car. Hutch is 64" X 24".
