existing tiles area 40 sq ft (small bathroom) needs to be prepared for installing a walk-in bathtub - remove old tiles (4x4 ceramic) -remove old tub (plastic/acrylic) - move water lines and shower to the opposite wall -install new 12x12 tiles on the floor and wall (less than 40 sq ft area total)
