Kick off your summer with this self-care workshop here you will be guided to make up these blends and take home with you. We are calling this “self-care in a bottle”. • Relaxing Bath or Smelling Salt • Rejuvenating Salt Scrub • Restoration Nasal Atomizer Aromatherapy has been shown to inspire, motivate, and elevate how you feel. It promotes positive thinking and overall support to alleviate anxiety, depression, nervousness, and other emotions that might be hindering your quality of life. Come learn about the benefits of aromatherapy, smell essential oils first hand, and create blends in this hands-on workshop. Supplies included. Sign up and take this workshop with a friend. Take a stroll through the gardens afterwards (admission included in registration). 2 CEU’s provided for LMT, RN, APRN, LPN, CNA & RD’s through CE Broker. 2 CEU’s with NAHA. Class note: Please do NOT wear any synthetic perfumes, cologne or scents of any kind to class as we will be smelling various essential oils. We also want to be mindful of those with allergies and sensitivities. Jennifer Pressimone is a Certified Clinical Aromatherapist & Herbalist, Mindset Coach, author, educator and motivational speaker. She is the owner of JennScents, Inc. and JennScents Aromaversity, a NAHA Level 1, 2 & 3 and NCBTMB approved aromatherapy school. She holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Central Florida and Certified in Spiritual Phytoessencing & Natural Health. She specializes in holistic therapeutic aromatherapy for mindset & emotional health. Attend with a friend and plan a walk in the gardens after class (admission is included in registration). Only those registered for the class will be permitted in the classroom. Childcare services are not provided
