Fishing has an unexpected connection to happiness and wellbeing - being outside in nature can improve your mood, memory and self-esteem. Fishing is a great way to get to know someone; you learn about the other person’s patience level and how they handle frustration while also creating a bond and building new friendships.
ImPowered Minds feels that it is important that our youth grow together by motivating each other, supporting each other and offering each other positive reinforcement.
