Description
My goal is to educate and inform the public so they can hire and buy with confidence and know what they need in order to properly prepare for projects. I’ve heard too many stories of people being taken advantage of because they don't know the in's and out's of the industry. There are so many things that can go wrong when hiring contractors when you don't have the experience and the knowledge to know what to look for. Some topics include dangerous conditions to work completed that is unsafe to the client. This info session is a great way to collectively get some answers in a group setting. Our 2 Hour Information Session will cover the following: Basic roles of industry professionals involvedResidential construction industry processBuilding of residential units process Do's and don't of hiring a General Contractor, Contractor or SubcontractorHome Buying and ADU/DADU'sQ & A at end of the session (time permitting) *** Please note that there needs to be a MINIMUM of 4 people signed up for the session to proceed. If the minimum is not met with enough sign ups 12 hours before the session starts, rescheduling options or a refund will be provided. *** Masks and proof of COVID vaccine (or negative results from prior 24 hours) is required. In addition to group classes, I offer one on one Construction Management services for specific projects at $125/hr, if you would prefer to go that route please click here for my website to fill out a contact survey.
