This knish rolling class, Chef JB will teach everyone how to make knish from start to finish. First there will be a demonstration on how to make the dough, then everyone will get a piece of dough and learn, hands on, how to make knish. JB will walk everyone step by step on how to roll out their dough, place their fillings, pinch their knish, and at the end everyone will walk away with about a dozen knish that they made themselves. (There will also be some knish to snack on while you wait for your knish to bake!) The special thing about this class, and thanks to past participants for the idea, is going to be the fillings! The two fillings we’ll be using will be Pastrami and Caramelized Onion, and Mushroom and Peach. JB will also bring some Traditional Potato filling as well. As well as taking home a dozen knish, everyone will also leave with recipes for both our knish dough, our traditional potato filling, and the knowledge on how to make a knish from start to finish.
