Looking for motivated and reliable workers, roofing experience a plus, cleaners must pay attention to detail, be able to listen to and follow directions, comfortable climbing ladders and walking on roofs safely. Will train the right candidate for additional skills. Willing to train experienced roofers to get into solar cleaning and maintenance. Occasionally may use lifts, so experience also a plus. Must have drivers license, proof of Vax = sign on bonus, but not mandatory for all jobs.
