Located in the Berkeley Hills above the community of El Cerrito, California, Berkeley Country Club offers its members a challenging course for players of all abilities. Our private country club offers our visitors a spectacular view of the San Francisco Bay and its surroundings. Including the Bay Bridge, San Francisco, the Golden Gate Bridge, Sausalito, Mount Tam and the San Pablo Bay to the west. Tasks include but not limited to the following: - Greet and acknowledge all Members and Guests you come in contact with. - Keep the bag drop, cart staging area, short game area and driving range clean, neat, and sufficiently stocked with carts, and range balls. Opening Tasks • Check with golf shop for any special events to be help during the day • Pull enough golf carts to the staging area to suffice for the morning • Bring up those Members clubs, speed carts and electric walking carts that are on the tee sheet for the day • Make sure driving range is neat, clean, and fully stock the with enough range balls • Make sure area around golf shop and driving range is clean and free of debris. Interim Tasks • Check with golf shop for additions to the tee sheet • Keep bag drop, driving range, chipping area and cart staging area clean, neat and fully stocked at all times • Check and empty trash containers on and around the practice facilities • Check members clubs and if finished and storing their clubs, clean them and put thin in correct spot. • Plug in walking electric carts along with remote controls • Keep sufficient amount of sand bottles filled on first tee Closing Tasks • All member clubs should be cleaned and put in correct storage spots • All members electric walking carts should be cleaned and put on charge along with remotes • Empty trash cans in bag room, cart cleaning area and putting green • Clean pick of driving range and cleaning of range balls • Wash hand towels • Wash and re-stock all riding carts with tees, scorecard, pencil, and full sand/seed bottles • Plug in all riding carts Benefits • Golf Privileges • Uniforms • Flexible hours • Meal while on duty Please e-mail your resume to Head Golf Professional Dave Wolert at [email protected]
