**News release from Office of Bob Hebert** This year will mark the 15th year that Ridgefield native Lt. Colonel Brian Hebert has been planning and flying Memorial Day flyovers with the Connecticut Air National Guard. Lt. Colonel Hebert will be joined by Lt. Colonel Gary Caponetti who is also from Ridgefield and a graduate of Ridgefield High School. Brian and Gary have flown together over the Memorial Day parades several times. The Connecticut Air National Guard conducts Memorial Day flyovers for over 60 towns throughout the state every year. Hebert will once again fly a C-130 over Main Street while his father, Ridgefield Selectman and Republican Candidate for State Representative, Bob Hebert, will be marching in the parade. This is a memorable event because while serving in Vietnam, Bob Hebert had many flights onboard a C-130. Lt. Colonel Hebert has served in the USAF for 25 years, 20 of which are with the CT Air National Guard where he has flown the A-10 Warthog, C-21 and most recently the C-130 Hercules Tactical Aircraft. Lt. Colonel Hebert and Lt. Colonel Caponetti were deployed together twice and were combat partners. **News release from Office of Bob Hebert**
