How do you stop the bad guys who have guns

The bad guys will always find ways to get guns. The only way to stop them is to make them fear the consequences of their actions. Teach every adult teacher how to use a gun and carry one with them at all times at school. Bad guy would not dare to attempt to kill in a school again. Also have all doors locked. Also have metal detectors at each exterior door. If we can waste millions of dollars on...well you know... put the money towards protecting our kids instead. - Common sense answer.
