Each attendee with receive a detailed review based upon their performances from the weekend. This review will provide insights on what I saw from your performances and how I would approach your training design in order to improve your overall fitness and more specifically, your current weak points.
Each attendee will also receive a detailed PDF outlining the weekend, topics of discussion, and insightful material relevant to strength development and nutritional prescription.
