Essential duties and responsibilities: Ensures areas requiring water are receiving and systems are working properly. Uses hand tools, such as shovels, rakes, and pruning shears, to ensure daily upkeep of property grounds. Light Maintenance duties including painting Operates blowers and other small power equipment to clear walkways and parking areas. Applies supplemental liquid and dry nutrients as needed and as directed. General debris clean-up and upkeep of grounds, including trash pick-up, trash removal, and pick up after pets. Represents the company in a professional manner at all times and consistently upholds policies of the community. Complies with all community safety policies and procedures including utilizing recommended safety equipment (i.e., rubber gloves, sturdy shoes, etc.). Ensures that all duties are completed thoroughly and in a timely manner by following the make-ready checklist and or as directed by management.
