Essential duties and responsibilities: General cleaning and upkeep of rental office, amenities, and vacant apartments, including buffing, dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and washing windows. General cleaning and upkeep of grounds, including trash pick-up, trash removal, and pick up after pets. Professionally represents the company at all times and consistently upholds the policies of the community. Assists in the distribution of all company or community-issued notices (i.e., bad weather, emergency, etc.). Complies with all community safety policies and procedures including utilizing recommended safety equipment (i.e. rubber gloves, sturdy shoes, etc.). Ensures that models and market-ready apartments are always clean and available for viewing according to MC standards. Ensures that all duties are completed thoroughly and on time by following the make-ready checklist and or as directed by management.
