Bring your ride, a chair, your friends, and your shopping list; spectators are free! All makes, models, years are welcome with a $20 entry fee, same day registration. He is currently a consulting chef for Flashpoint Innovation, a Chicago based innovation kitchen. His variety of experiences has given him perspective into many types of cuisine and culinary skills. His past cooking experiences include (but are not limited to): Menton, a French/Italian fine-dining restaurant in Boston; Woza NYC, a family-run South African food stand based out of Queens; and Dusek’s Board and Beer, a high-end casual spot in Chicago’s Pilsen neighborhood. He currently lives happily in Chicago with his fiancé and their two cats.
