Interested in starting an intentional community

Hello, My name is Bryan. I am wondering if there is anyone who would be interested in pooling together money to buy land to live on. I figure in these times of inflation and terrible housing/rental prices it would be more beneficial to live in a commune like setting. I imagine a small community with orchards, vegetable gardens, a stocked pond, farm animals, solar farm for less reliance on city power, something semi off-grid but still connected to civilization. I have no concrete plans for anything as of yet, this is a random thought I had and was wondering if anyone else was thinking about this.
