A community circle that provides the space for a special individual like you to have the time to connect and recharge. Your inner growth, connection to higher self & source is very unique which brings about infinite possibilities and ways to connect and recharge. Whether you want to introspect, release, relax, go into a deep sleep, or connect with a spirit guide, Inner Sync is all about you, your peace of soul. We will begin the circle by sharing cacao & calling in energy of our ancestors/higher power & set our intentions/or prayers together. The intention here is to acknowledge the land & every soul present. It also gives us the opportunity to meet, connect & engage with other beautiful beings in our community. Inner Sync will be showcasing another guide/facilitator each month. For June, our featured guide is Fran of Just Breathe & Reconnect. He will be guiding us through some powerful Qi Gong at the beginning of our circle. This is a free of charge circle (donations are welcomed if you feel called to it).
