The Friends of UIC Pediatrics raise funds to help provide the highest quality clinical care and environment to infants, children and adolescent patients of the Children's Hospital University of Illinois at Chicago (CHUI) through improved patient resources and clinical care. The Children's Hospital University of Illinois (CHUI) offers comprehensive inpatient pediatric care for children of all ages. The pediatric units - include the General Pediatric Medical/Surgical Ward, Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU), Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), Mother-Baby Birthing Center, and Pediatric Emergency Department - provide safe, evidence-based medical care that is focused on the needs of the child and their family. CHUI's teams help manage chronic medical conditions and diseases to ensure your child grows up healthy and develops properly. They are a partner to child health.
