Mindfulness is the cultivation of present moment awareness; of the body, mind, heart, and world.
In this short course we will learn techniques that encourage awareness of:
-The Self ; body sensations, thoughts, feelings, mindstates beliefs and personal narratives
-The Other ; relationships with friends, family, spouse, environment, world
With compassion, this helps us to see clearly, and respond skillfully in moments of inevitable inner and outer turmoil.
