Nashua, Londonderry Men Indicted On Child Rape Charges: Superior Court

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court. Daniel P. Hartung, 44, of Bellingrath Place in Nashua on four counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault and one count of felonious sexual assault, all felonies, as well as a single count of simple assault. He was accused of raping, fondling, and kissing a girl between Jan. 1, 2015, and Jan. 1, 2018, in Danville. Anthony E. Jackson Jr., 31, of Wenonah Street in Dorchester, Massachusetts, on possession of crack cocaine and possession of fentanyl charges, both felonies, on June 24, 2020, in Greenland. Previously, according to the indictment, he has been convicted on a drug charge in Massachusetts in May 2018. Juan Jenkins, 21, of Ham Street in Dover on a felony felonious sexual assault charge. He was accused of statutory rape with a girl between June 1, and Oct. 1, 2020, in Hampton. Matthew E. Keyser, 37, of Jobin Drive in Manchester on a felony driving while certified as a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on Delta Drive in Londonderry on Dec. 4, 2020, after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV. Kerrin Lee Lebrasseur, 34, of Andover Street in Lawrence, MA, on possession of amphetamine and possession of buprenorphine charges, both felonies, as well as a deal-possess prescription drugs-quetiapine charge on Feb. 1 in Salem. Kevin J. Legault, 45, of Elsie Road in Brockton, MA, on theft by receiving stolen property and theft by unauthorized taking charges, both felonies. He was accused of retaining a Massachusetts license plate owned by another in Salem on Nov. 7, 2020, and stealing items from Target in Salem on Dec. 8, 2020. Twice before, according to the indictment, he has been convicted on theft charges in Brockton and Quincy district courts. Frederic E. Lora-Santos, 31, of Merrimack Street in Lowell, MA, on a felony accomplice to attempted theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of working in concert with Luisa Diaz to steal two iPhones from a porch on Anthony Road in Londonderry on Jan. 21. Sean Joseph MacDonald, 35, of Boulder Drive in Londonderry on five aggravated felonious sexual assault counts and one tampering with witnesses and informants count, all felonies, as well as a sexual assault charge. He was accused of raping a girl and having her touch him between Dec. 20, 2021, and Feb. 1. MacDonald was accused of attempting to get the girl to lie to impede an investigation between Jan. 25 and Feb. 2. She was accused of stealing items from Macy's in Salem on Aug. 21, 2021, after twice before being convicted on theft charges in 2007 and 2015. Nicholas Marks, 31, of Arabian Way in Chester on felony possession of meth-subsequent and theft by unauthorized taking, less than $1,000, charges on April 13 at Walmart in Seabrook. Timothy Anthony Mazzilli, 40, of Reynolds Road in Warren, MA, on fraudulent use of a credit card, attempted fraudulent use of a credit card, theft of lost or mislaid property, theft by deception, and attempted theft by deception charges, all felonies. He was accused of using cards owned by another person to obtain merchandise from Walmart in Seabrook on Aug. 29, 2021.
