What to bring: Mat, towel, & water. If you do not have a mat, we will have some on hand to lend you <3 What to expect: A mindful & reenergizing sunset flow in the ballroom of the amazing Transfer Co. Food Hall and follow that up with brunch & community. This flow will be accessible for all fitness levels, no yoga experience required.
