ELMHURST, IL – An Elgin woman was arrested this week in Elmhurst on a number of massage violations, police said. Aiming Zhu, 47, of Elgin, was charged Wednesday with failure to post a massage permit within a work area, unlawful massage and two massage establishment violations. The arrest took place after an investigation, police said. The violations happened at YS Massage, 195 N. York St. The business shares a common wall with Elmhurst City Hall. Photos from Google Maps indicate the business opened on North York Street no more than three years ago. Patch has filed a public records request for the complete report. No one answered the phone at the business Thursday afternoon.
