Early Vote Centers Open Saturday In Santee

SANTEE, CA — From Saturday until Election Day, Santee voters will be able to vote at 39 early vote centers around San Diego County. Select vote centers will be open daily from May 28 until June 6 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., according to San Diego County. Vote centers will also be open Memorial Day. The center will be open 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Election Day. Here are the vote centers nearest to Santee: Crest Community Clubhouse, 113 North Park Dr., El Cajon Kennedy Rec Center, meeting room, 1675 E. Madison Ave., El Cajon Wells Park, 1153 E Madison Ave., El Cajon La Mesa First United Methodist Church, 4690 Palm Ave., La Mesa On Saturday, June 4, another 179 locations will open. Vote centers offer a number of services, including: ADA accessible ballot marking devices Language assistance and voting materials in the county's four federally covered languages (English, Spanish, Filipino, Vietnamese) Voter registration, with the ability to vote on the same day In-person voting to correct mistakes on mailed ballots Voters can still vote from home. Sign and date the return envelope, seal the completed ballot inside, and return it to an official drop box location or vote center. Ballots can be put in the mail if they are postmarked by June 7.
