Door cut and install, wood siding repair

1) I need a new fire-rated door as old one isn't up to code. Door to install from garage leading into home and must be cut to: 35 1/4" x 76" x 1 3/8". I haven't yet purchased the door. Must remove old door. 2) Also must replace track (or entire door and track) of old double bi-fold door (approx 30" wide). I have not purchased track or door yet. Old track is removed. Old door may be salvageable, but new track must be purchased. 3) Also need to remove wall-mounted air conditioner (standard window unit) and patch/replace exterior siding. There's the potential for other add'l small labor jobs as we're prepping the home for sale as well. Please reply with availability for this week, as well as general experience (years working) and at least two references, along with a general quote for both anticipated hours and rate per hour.
