Description
By multi-instrumentalist, we mostly mean bassist, but both guitarists are open to swapping between guitar, bass and synth if you’d feel too confined filling just one role. Bonus points if you can sing.
Right now we’re a trio of songwriters who’ve mostly recorded stuff on our own in recent years. We each have markedly different styles, and are working to find something unique in the amalgamation. Ideally we’d like to find another strong writer so we can all come up with songs in the room, rather than bringing in finished work for everyone to learn. In other bands I’ve had to play the middle school band teacher, trying to cajole everyone into practicing their parts and going over the same sections for an hour trying to get them right, and that was a major fun killer. Looking for loose jamming to lead to structured songs. We’ve all got solo projects for ideas that don’t quite work with this band, so that should keep the pressure low.
If ya wanna reach out, include some links to your music and we’ll respond with ours.
[Feels weird to write this, but also kinda necessary after some shitty past experiences: If you’re creepy with women, don’t contact us.]
