Found IPhone 11 Pro with Pink case

I found an IPhone 11 Pro on a bench inside the Franklin Mills Mall. It has a pink sparkle phone case and the phone itself is blue. The one camera lens is broken/cracked. Not sure if the owner of the phone is aware of it. If someone doesn’t come forward within a week Iam turning it in to the police district where I’m from in Philly. Cottman & Castor 15th Police district. I have already contacted Apple and they said to leave the phone on, but no one has tried calling or texting the phone.
