This is an open bid to fill a role of an experienced HVAC technician (2+ years). The position itself pays competitively with the market, ~$120k ($58/hr), with above-market variable income potential. We'll also cover the moving costs for the employee if they aren't in the state. If you have a candidate you believe we should consider, send us a note so we know you're the person who referred the employee and we can pay the referral bonus after their trial period is over. Payment terms are as follows: 3 month trial period, Payments begin in the employee's 4th month on the job, after that point, we'll continue sending $834 payments through their 15th month on the job.
