Description

We are seeking Tow Truck Drivers/Operators to join our team! You will be responsible for safely operating the truck, responding to assistance calls, linking up via wheel lift and transporting customer's vehicle to alternate location, as well as providing and performing other roadside assistance needs such as tire repair/changes, lockouts, battery jumpstarts and/or fuel delivery as requested. Responsibilities: • Safely operate a heavy wheel-lift tow truck • Load and unload cargo • Properly track and document activity log • Report any issues or incidents to dispatch • Inspect truck before and after trip, perform PM as needed • Provide calm and courteous customer service Qualifications: • Previous experience operating a tow truck • Commercial driver's license • Ability to handle physical workload • Ability to pass background check and ongoing drug screens • Ability to provide verifiable references • Strong work ethic • Good communication and customer service skills
