Looking to start a metalcore project

27yo vocalist looking to join an existing project or start a new one! Played in a jam band before but never really went anywhere with it, I’d love to see what the right lineup would achieve. I’m not a male vocalist; I’d peg my voice somewhere on the lower end of contralto maybe, but I can pull a pretty good tenor sound without any struggle. I’m better with cleans but I can growl/scream too. I have much experience writing lyrically, and prefer to write from personal experience, as well as pulling from social issues today. I don’t have a lot of super HQ samples of audio but I’m happy to send a range of things for your listening. Influences range wildly but I’d love to chase a sound similar to any of the following: Spiritbox, Periphery, Scary Kids Scaring Kids, Bad Omens, Emmure, Erra, Attila to name a few. Metalcore/djent, maybe with a more melodic sound, but confident enough to write some nasty breakdowns. Interest piqued? Hit me up please!
