Guns are banned from the NRA convention due to the threat of some lib nut wanting to become an instant hero to the insane left nuts in our country. Should some lib nut manage to kill a few dozen gun owners they would be considered godlike to the bottom feeding liberal scum in our country. Being stupid is not your fault. You can't help it.
