Here at 5-Star STR Cleaning Company, we are looking for a reliable, experienced, Vacation Rental Cleaner (Airbnb Cleaner). This position is a crucial part of our team in helping ensure our guests have a memorable experience by doing whatever it takes to provide a clean, worry-free stay! Responsibilities * Demonstrates and promotes a 100% commitment to providing the best possible experience for our guests and associates. * Cleans assigned Airbnb property with adherence to company standards, policies and procedures. * Ensures housekeeping closets and laundry areas are maintained to company standard while in use. * Stocks housekeeping closet and guest amenities (shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, coffee, sugar, etc. ) if necessary and/or directed by management. * Reports all maintenance issues directly to the property manager. * Report any guest property that may be leftover in the room directly to the property manager. * Complete Property Inventory Checklist to check for missing/damaged items. * Complete Cleaning Crew Checklist * Inventory Management: Completing Cleaner Closet Inventory Checklist * Use TurnoverBNB cleaning software to clock in-and-out, receive schedule, payments, and communicate with Property Manager * Communicate problems with property manager * Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs * Ability to work with little to no supervision and maintain a high level of performance * Must be okay with working independently * Self-motivation and the ability to identify and complete needed tasks without direct supervision * Prioritization and time management skills * Have the ability to work quickly without compromising quality Skills * Proven working experience as a cleaner * Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies * Integrity * High school degree Qualifications: * Cleaning experience of 3+ years * Experience cleaning vacation rentals / hotels preferred * 3 professional references * Speak English * Must have own transportation * Must have cleaning supplies * Have or willing to get “Business Liability Insurance” Benefits: * Flexible schedule (11 am - 2:45 pm) * Paid every Friday Job Type: Part-time Salary: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour Schedule: * Day shift * On call * Weekend availability Experience: * Hotel cleaning: 1 year (Preferred) Language: * English (Required) License/Certification: * Business Liability Insurance (Preferred) Work Location: Multiple Locations
