I am a Minnesota resident, looking to keep my smaller pull behind trailer at someone's property in or around Phoenix, I am a snowbird, I live in Minnesota in summer and in south during winters, I am quiet, responsible respectful, and willing to pay you $300 a month to keep my trailer (small 1 or 2 person size) at your property, I would need to be able to plug in one simple extension cord to my trailer, just a average cord. If you would like to make some extra money each month, and have it be a nice person on your property, I would like to talk to you and see what we can work out, I would pay you even for the months I am not there, same amount.
