Grass cutting on Rental Properties for Chicago Investment Fund.

I manage the cleaning and maintenance department with 100's of rental properties around chicago. Right now, I am looking for someone dependable that will go to the homes to cut and blow. I take care of the properties between tenants so the list changes every week. Most of the properties are between Naperville and Oswego. Some are From Elmhurst up to Elgin. This is about 1/4 of the area that I cover. If you have the ability to expand into the rest of the market, we can talk about it. Right now, there are several properties where the grass is about a foot high that the previous maintenance company did not take care of. 2 in Montgomery, 1 in Oswego, 1 in Elmhurst, 1 in Lisle. My most immediate need is in Elmhurst, then the others. See pics. These properties will need the grass taken away as opposed to the normal cut and blow. We also get other landscaping tickets like tree trimming, debris haul away, etc. Just depends on the home. If you are interested in working together, please reply with the following.... * Name and phone number * How soon can you complete Elmhurst and the other properties * What would you charge - You should be able to give an estimate based on the pics of the Elmhurst house. The yards on all of the homes are pretty similar. If they are not what you expected when you look at the home, I will make an adjustment but I need to get an idea of what you would charge. * What is your experience / What equipment do you have Thanks.
