Commercial Property Services of New Mexico provides property maintenance services in Albuquerque and the surrounding areas. Job Title: Day Porter - Exterior Cleaner Overview: Visit assigned properties each day throughout Albuquerque to maintain cleanliness by sweeping up and removing litter and debris. Compensation: Starts at $13/hr (We also have a program to reimburse some fuel costs each week) Employment Type: Part Time - Around 20 hours per week. Shifts start at 7AM. (3 - 4 days per week) Job Duties: Sweep walkways, sidewalks, parking lots and other areas as assigned. Empty trash receptacles. Wipe down door handles and frames, trash receptacle lids, etc. Maintain cleanliness by collecting and removing litter and debris from premises to include parking lots and landscaping. Assist in snow removal (seasonal). This is not a difficult job, but attention to detail is a must have. Essential Qualifications: Must have your own reliable transportation that is registered and insured. ***(You will need a vehicle to drive between a few properties each shift)*** Must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
