Looking for an experienced (not required) manager / caretaker to help maintain 150 acre farm, plant crops for hunting, feed live stock general building maintenance, bush-hogging, odd jobs, general handy man, etc. Must be reliable, honest and have excellent references. Ability to operate and maintain heavy machinery and farm equipment a huge plus. Building and landscape experience a plus, but not a requirement. This will be a long term opportunity for the right candidate. Willingness to do some roofing work from time to time will net higher pay. Past worker cleared over 61k his last year but due to medical issues retired. Hours are flexible as long as the jobs gets done. A forward thinker will thrive as planning ahead can save a lot of time. You will have others working under you so much be able to explain tasks. Pay rate and schedule is base on employees desire and performance. Willing to teach all skills required to the right person.
