Rehoming my dog

I have a 2 year old dog that's a Chihuahua mix. Hes sweet, like to be up under you. I'm in a apartment longer then expected due to our lovely housing market and I feel he needs more room and/or time which I can't give him. I tried to rehome him a year ago when I moved into our apartment but the person that was suppose to get him talked me into to keeping him. As everyone know its hard to get rid of your baby but its not fair to him and I would love to find Pluto a loving home so please serious inquiries only. He's not fixed and also is due for his shots this year.
