Watching Fox News last night, looks like Tucker Carlson has become a Socialist. He was complaining about Wall Street buying houses and hiring professional property managers. What is wrong with that? I own six properties and I am tired of managing them. Thinking of selling and buying stock in a professional company. It seems to me they should be able to do a better job than me working for myself, having to keep rents low so as not to have too high turnover, and hiring professional plumbers, electricians and the like. The purpose of owning property is to make as much money as possible. It is NOT to provide affordable housing to renters. If Carlson doesn't like Capitalism, he should move to Russia or Mexico
