HIRING IN MULTIPLE LOCATIONS IN ARKANSAS: Fort Smith Hot Springs Fayetteville Bentonville Shawmut Services LLC is seeking individuals to collect signatures on a state ballot initiative in Arkansas ASAP. Canvassers are compensated $30 per hour and no prior experience is necessary. Canvassers must be friendly, outgoing, and detail-oriented. Applicants will go through an interview and training process. All canvassers are held to the highest standards of accountability, and quality will be assessed on a daily basis. We are an inclusive, equal opportunity employer, and welcome all applicants. Pay is not performance-based. This is not a remote position. Hours are flexible and you can make your own schedule. Key duties and requirements include: Must be at least 18 years of age Be a U.S. Citizen and Arkansas Resident Have a reliable mode of transportation Have a working smartphone Must be reliable and able to work with minimal supervision Be able to interact with voters in a public setting Be able to pass a criminal background check before you can collect signatures. The State of Arkansas does not allow an individual to petition if they have any felonies or one of many non-traffic related misdemeanors on their record, including the violation of any drug or narcotics laws, regardless of conviction date and including any open or pending charges.
