Pop car dent, buff scratches if possible

Hello. I'd like to pop out this dent but I don't know what I'm doing and would rather just hire someone. You can see some white scratches as well; not sure if those can be buffed/reduced at all, but if so, then that would be a plus. I don't know what to charge for this, so please text me your fee and availability. TEXT ONLY. I live in Allied Gardens. I'll wait for a few offers to come in and then pick whatever seems the most reasonable. Again this job is to at minimum pop out the dent; if you are able to buff out the scratches then that would be even better. Thanks in advance for your consideration.
