CHAINSAW work and TALL HEDGE pruning wanted

CHAINSAW WORK: i have a 19ft, 30-36" diameter log in my back yard that i want either 1) milled into slabs via PORTABLE CHAINSAW MILL*, or 2) bucked into rounds and hauled off. *i'm really hoping to find someone to mill it, but it needs to be a small, portable mill bc its in my back yard which is not accessible via truck). my husband and i would help w grunt labor and would manage the slabs on our own after theyre cut HEDGE PRUNING: We have a tall english laurel hedge that needs to be pruned to 12-13ft. its about 50 ft in length, with flat ground on either side of it (one side is a road).
