Rehoming a sweet male cat

Hello, I am currently in a position where I need to rehome my 3 year old male cat, Zen. He is possibly the sweetest cat you will ever meet if you have the opportunity to and is more like a dog than a cat in terms of socialization. He adores attention from anyone and everyone and adores other cats as well, he is extremely outgoing and gentle and funny to live with. He reminds everyone of a little jester with his personality and funny appearance. Zen was born with an infection that caused him to lose one of his eyes and become blind in the other. He in incapable of being an indoor/outdoor cat and would need to be indoor only for the remainder of his life. Despite his infection he does not require any ongoing treatment but does have chronic eye crusties that do need to be cleaned periodically but it's no worse than what is expected from older animals. Zen comes with all of his supplies which includes his litter box, carrier, food, toys, and food/water dish. I love this cat more than life and only want what's best for him, I don't want money for either him or his supplies but I do ask for a brief background of anyone who would like to adopt him so I know what kind of home he is going to.
