Full Time/hourly Apprentice level January 2021 Start HardCabs is the North America Distribution Branch of a European owned manufacturer of high-quality Cab Enclosures for UTV Side-by-Sides. Founded as DFK America Inc. in 2011, we have been serving the North American market through Distributors, Powersports Dealers and Original Equipment Manufacturers. Since our inception we have placed over 20,000 cabs in the market. Due to our continued year over year growth, we are adding to our core staff in 2021. Currently we are seeking a Parts and Service Associate to work in our Downers Grove office. This is an Entry Level position with substantial growth opportunities. The person we seek will work with the current Parts and Service Manager on fulfilling the following responsibilities: Handling customer inquiries and fulfilling Parts OrdersDealing with Installer questions and helping them over the phone and via email.Establishing the New Parts CenterOrganizing the Parts in the new Center as well as building the computer databaseAssisting the Warehouse Manager when needed with receiving shipments Participating as a Team Member in maintaining the company facilities, initiatives, and culture Requirements of the position include: Willingness to learn and grow with the companyStrong mechanical aptitudeFamiliarity with basic hand and power toolsStrong organizational skillsBasic computer skills and ability/willingness to learn moreDriver’s license and verifiable clean driving recordAble to lift 50lbs. and climb warehouse laddersLimited overnight travel (0-10 nights per year maximum) We will provide: Health benefit allowance (after 90 probationary period)Paid vacation days and holidaysQuarterly/Annual bonus potentialOngoing training Successful candidates will have a willingness to learn and grow in the company.
