Job description: Small but growing landscape maintenance company looking for two new team members. We take care of mostly high end residential clients. This is a year round position, not just seasonal. Past landscape experience and/or basic knowledge of plants is preferred but not required. Job activities include but are not limited to: A. Existing landscape maintenance. Pruning of bushes, de-weeding and trouble spotting. B. New landscape install. Planting annual flowers, trees, shrubs and mulch placement. C. At times, help mowing crews with weekly visits to residential clients. D. Spring and fall leaf cleanup. E. Snow removal during winter. Position would start at hourly, then transition to year-round salary after skills and dependability are established. Schedule would be between 35 - 40 hours per week....limited winter hours. Work days are M-F, between 9-5. However if weather interferes, an occasional Saturday may be required. Position is year round with heavier work load in spring and fall. Most importantly, we are searching for those who enjoy working outside with plants, enjoy taking care of properties, are reliable (show up when expected) and can communicate effectively with not only clients but co-workers.
