Maintenance Technician full-time position and direct hire to local manufacturer

What we're looking for:
·At least 3 years experience or degree from accredited institution or technical certification/license in a plumbing related field may be substituted for experience
·Knowledge of the mechanical operation of equipment such as pumps, boilers, heaters, and other plumbing components
·Skill in the installation, repair, and maintenance of all types of plumbing systems
·Installs, repairs, and maintains chilled water, steam, heat, water, gas, drainage, sewage, and other plumbing systems
·Operates reamers, threading discs, sewer tapes, pipe cutters, snakes, and other plumbing equipment and hand tools
·Assist with the instillation, repair or replacement of hot and cold water lines, building heating systems, valves, traps, backflow prevention devices and pipes
