compensation: DOE employment type: full-time Atlas Real Estate Group is looking for a skilled handyman to perform construction jobs from things as simple as lock changes to remodels of homes. The applicant does not need to be able to perform all aspects of construction. See below for necessary skills and desired skills: Necessities: * Able to repair small drywall holes, texture, and paint * Minor plumbing outside of the walls (p-traps, valve changes, toilet fill valves, etc.) * Paint * Swap locks * Changing outlets * Hanging doors * Minor trim work * Grounds clean up Plusses * Ability to drywall * Ability to spray texture, entire wall * Tile * Sweat pipes * Minor glass repair (single pane) * Window replacement vinyl * Tuck pointing * Gutter repair * Minor HVAC work * Minor electrical Must have cell phone capable of taking, sending and receiving photos, calls and texts. Must have ability to send and receive emails. Must have dependable vehicle and tools and be willing to travel to multiple locations daily. Weekend & evening on-call REQUIRED and is NON-NEGOTIABLE.
