Solar laborer and helper needed to install 20 solar panels

I'm looking for an experienced solar installer to install 20 solar panels on my roof. Easy job, good pay. Single story house with a recently reshingled roof, only a slight slope. I do have a few requirements though: you must bring a helper, have your own tools, at least a couple years experience of installing solar panels on shingle roofs. And that's pretty much it. Job pays $40 per hour, total. You can go at a slow pace, I don't mind, just as long as you're doing me a conscientious job like you were doing it for a family member. I'm counting on you to do it to code, or close to code, hopefully I have everything you already. I think I have everything, I bought unirac brand rails and clamps, mounts etc. I think I just need grounding jumpers for the rails. Cash is paid at the end of the day. I don't care if it takes a day, or more. Just do me a good job and work at a comfortable pace. If you do me a good job there's more jobs if you want them. Cash paid. Maybe one or two a month, maybe more. It's up to you how much you want to pay your helper. $10 an hour? 15? Or split it 50/50 because your helper has the same experience. None of my business. In other words I'm staying out of it. But I do require that you only hire a helper that either works with you at your daily solar job, and they have experience installing solar, or, just bring a helper that is capable of climbing a ladder and walking around on a roof. And has a strong back and arms to be able to lift the solar panels up on the roof, move them around, hold them down while you bolt them down etc. Please send me your resume or a couple of typical paycheck stubs from the solar company you work at to me thru the Craigslist link.
